From July 28 to 29, 2023, Guangzhou Sinco Leather Co., Ltd. carried out the annual team building activity in Hailing Island, Yangjiang. Through this team building, the staff establish positive communication and enhance the team cohesion.
In the morning of July 28th, after arriving in Yangjiang, All we together ate a big seafood meal together. Then, after a rest in a holiday apartment which has the full sea view, the staff went downstairs to play with water, enjoy the sea breeze and listen to the sound of waves on the beach.
In the evening, the most interesting thing is the team-building game. The first one is "you draw I guess", which takes six people as a group, and in the specified time, the group who successfully guess the idiom can win. Due to time constraints, each member was engrossed in each round of the game. Through this game, everyone raised the team cooperation consciousness, which laid a good foundation for future work.
The second game is "who is undercover". The process of mutual reasoning and speculation can help employees understand each other's way of thinking in work, enhancing the cohesion of the team.
The next day, the boss rented two boats and the staff went fishing on the sea together. This process can also tested the teamwork spirit. The staff needed to work hard together to catch the fish. Through this sea trip, the employees fully realize that everyone in the team is not only an individual but need to maintain coordination and cooperation at any time, so that everyone can deal with various types of work efficiently. This team building enhance the cohesion of the team. We are more confident at the peak season of Christmas sales in the second half of the year.
